Icon Apartments
The ICON Apartments in Downtown Seattle is a seven-story, 85,000 sf residential apartment building with 120 residential units. The building offers two levels of below-grade parking for 114 stalls, one level of retail space on the ground floor (12,800 sf), six levels of residential of residential units and one common-area rooftop terrace level with shared amenities.
Project Description
Earthen Alchemy designed, fabricated, and installed the steel decks and guard railings, aluminum planking, and rooftop railing.
